How this project went

The problem

The owners faced a failing 25-year-old gas furnace, cold rooms in winter, and no cooling in summer heat waves.

What we did

We installed a cold-climate heat pump, topped up attic insulation, replaced single-pane windows, and prepared rebate paperwork where programs were available.

The result

The home heats and cools with one system. The owners kept every rebate receipt for resale documentation.
